Stellar Scholars Awards: In Search of Tucson's Best Young Storytellers (Education)
Location: All Tucson area high schools
316 stations across America joined KCUB in getting word out of the inaugural Stellar Scholars Creative Writing Competition. This school year, Tucson high school students are challenged to write a cover story from source photography for Cum Laude, The Scholarly Evening Post. Posted stories earn $100 and eligibility to win the Summa Cum Laude $1,000 Grand Prize.
